The free inspection
The roof inspection is genuinely free: no cost, no obligation, no pressure. A licensed, insured local crew looks at your roof, photographs what they find, and gives you a straight answer: repair it, replace it, or leave it alone. If work makes sense you get a written estimate; if it doesn’t, you get an honest “you’re fine.” Inspections are subject to scheduling and our service area, and we may decline a request that isn’t a fit.
About insurance claims
- We never promise coverage. Whether a claim is covered is decided by your policy and your insurance company, not by us. What we do is document the damage thoroughly and stand with you through the process.
- You always pay your own deductible. We do not pay, waive, absorb, or hide deductibles, ever. Deductible schemes are insurance fraud in Michigan, and any contractor offering one is putting you at risk too.
- Nothing on this site is insurance, legal, or financial advice. Your insurance agent is the right person for questions about your specific policy.
The work itself
Repairs and replacements are performed by a licensed, insured local contractor. The scope, price, schedule, and warranty for any job are set out in the written estimate and contract you sign for that job. That signed paperwork governs the work; this website is information, not a contract.
